• Consent Ledger: Records of your agreement to our terms, policies, and marketing communications.
• Voluntary Profile Data: Optional information such as trading platforms, instruments traded, and timezone.
• Technical & Profiling Data: We collect activity events (e.g., pages viewed, files downloaded) to understand product usage. This constitutes profiling technology under Law 25; you may opt out of non-essential tracking where applicable.

02Purpose of Collection

Data is collected solely to provide the Service, secure your account, prevent abuse, and, if you opt-in, send you our daily market note.

03Cross-Border Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States by our sub-processors (Clerk, Beehiiv, Discord, Cloudflare). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure these providers maintain adequate safeguards.

04Your Rights (Access, Rectification, Deletion, Portability)

Under Law 25, you have the right to access, export in a commonly used format, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can exercise these rights directly in your account settings or by contacting our Privacy Officer.
