Spectre International Ltd. respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Québec Law 25 and PIPEDA.

01Information We Collect (Transparency at Collection)

• Identity Data: Email address, authentication identifiers, and account creation dates via our provider, Clerk.
• Consent Ledger: Records of your agreement to our terms, policies, and marketing communications.
• Voluntary Profile Data: Optional information such as trading platforms, instruments traded, and timezone.
• Signup Source: Where you came from when you signed up (the referring site and any campaign tag in the link), so we know which channels bring members.
• Technical & Profiling Data: We collect activity events (e.g., pages viewed, files downloaded) to understand product usage. This constitutes profiling technology under Law 25. Signed-in members can turn this off at any time in account settings (Activity tracking); security and abuse-prevention logs are kept regardless. Visitors who are not signed in have no account to hold this choice, so the control does not apply to them.

02Purpose of Collection

Data is collected solely to provide the Service, answer your questions through Ask Vega and support, secure your account, prevent abuse, know which channels bring members (signup source), understand product usage (activity events), and, if you opt-in, send you our daily market note.

03Cross-Border Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed outside Quebec and outside Canada, including in the United States, by our sub-processors: Clerk (sign-in), Beehiiv (newsletter), Discord (community and support), Cloudflare (network and security), and OpenCode (opencode.ai), which runs the AI model (currently DeepSeek V4 Pro) that answers Ask Vega questions. When you use Ask Vega, the text of your question and the conversation it belongs to are sent to OpenCode to generate the answer; do not include sensitive personal information in Ask Vega. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers. We require these providers to maintain adequate safeguards. Your browser also connects directly to Google Fonts (typefaces); Binance, MEXC and Alternative.me (public market data in the terminal). They receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

04Your Rights (Access, Rectification, Deletion, Portability)

Under Law 25, you have the right to access, export in a commonly used format, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can export your data, correct your profile and delete your account in the Account menu of the terminal. To correct your email address or for anything else, contact our Privacy Officer.
