What we keep,
and why.

This policy explains what SPECTRE Markets (“we”) collects when you use the spectre.markets website, terminal, email note, any associated Discord community, and subscription — and how we use it.

01What we collect

• Account & sign-inWhen you create an account or sign in, our authentication provider Clerk handles it — we receive your email address, any name you provide, and a session token so we can recognise you and grant the right tier.
• SubscriptionYour subscription status and the email/identifier our payment partner Whop associates with your purchase, so we can grant and manage access. We do not receive or store your card number — Whop and its processors handle payments.
• Email noteIf you opt into the free daily note, your email address, processed by our newsletter provider Beehiiv with double opt-in. Unsubscribe anytime in one click.
• DiscordIf you join our Discord community, your Discord user ID, username and roles, used to verify you and grant access.
• TechnicalStandard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) via our hosting and content-delivery/security providers, used for security and reliability.
• What you send usMessages you send to support, by email, or to our on-site assistant.

02How we use it

• DeliverVerify membership, grant access, and serve the levels, files and read.
• OperateManage subscriptions, send the note you asked for, and provide support.
• ProtectSecure and improve the Service and prevent abuse.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or rent it.

03Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the product, each acting as our processor under its own terms: Clerk (authentication), Whop (payments & membership), Beehiiv (the email note), Discord (community, where offered), our hosting and CDN/security providers, and the AI provider that powers our on-site assistant and desk read. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell your data.

04Cookies

The website uses only essential / session cookies needed to operate (including the sign-in session set by Clerk). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

05Retention & your choices

We keep account and subscription data for as long as you're a member and as needed for legal, security and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it. You can cancel anytime (via Whop), unsubscribe from the email in one click, and leave the Discord. To request deletion of your data, contact us and we'll action it where we're not required to retain it.

06Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Children

The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

08Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
