These Terms govern your access to and use of the SPECTRE Markets website, web terminal, level files, daily email note, any associated Discord community, and related content (together, the “Service”). By accessing the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SPECTRE Markets provides daily, computed market-structure research for index futures and crypto — currently NQ, ES, BTC and ETH. Each session we publish the day's full structure (dealer-gamma levels, pivots, value areas, VWAP, prior-session references, smart-money zones, the expected-move range and confluence “golden” levels) plus an AI-generated desk note, delivered on the web terminal, as native chart-import files (NinjaTrader, DeepChart and CSV), and by email. It is an information and education product — levels, not calls.
SPECTRE Markets is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary, and provides no personalized advice. The content is general information only. Trading futures, options and crypto involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any accuracy, “reaction-rate,” or hold figures we publish are hypothetical / derived analysis with inherent limitations — see our full Disclaimers. Any action you take based on the Service is at your own risk.
Paid access is sold through our payment partner (Whop) on a recurring subscription basis, with any free-trial or charter terms stated at checkout. Billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by Whop under its terms. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use member content for your own trading. You agree not to redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish the levels, files, AI notes, or other member content outside the Service, not to share your account or API key, and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
The Service, its methodology, software, brand and content are owned by SPECTRE Markets and its operators and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited license above.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market and options data may be delayed, incomplete, or in error, and our derived levels inherit those limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPECTRE Markets and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
